NPS is a metric used to gauge customer satisfaction and loyalty based on their likelihood to recommend a company’s products or services to others. Over the past year, achieving stellar results in NPS has been a paramount objective for us.
CLIENT CONCIERGE PROGRAM
This innovative program gives new clients a one-on-one onboarding experience with a Client Concierge Leader who shows each client how to manage the exchange of information, where to access software programs, and then walks them through our client experience site so they can easily pay their bill online, where to find additional information and resources, and rest assured their Client Concierge Leader will remain available if future questions arise.
ENHANCING OUR ONLINE PRESENCE
We were proud to launch our refreshed Rehmann.com website. With the user experience and access to helpful resources at its heart, we’ve made it even easier for visitors to find what they’re looking for.
In tandem with the launch of our revamped website, we introduced the Rehmann Experience client site to elevate our client interactions and the Versapay billing software to ease the billing process.
