PUTTING PEOPLE FIRST
At Rehmann, we firmly believe “Put People First” extends to everyone in our communities, not just to our associates and clients. By uplifting those around us, we lay the foundation for strong communities that support everyone’s well-being.

THE REHMANN FOUNDATION
For us, being the firm of the future means being positive corporate citizens that empower opportunity for those in our communities who need it most. It is in this spirit that we established The Rehmann Foundation, which is focused on philanthropic efforts that are aimed at addressing three pillars: education, economic development, and uplifting the communities in which we live and work.
We will make a tangible difference by advancing educational opportunities, propelling economic development, and strengthening communities. Through partnerships with like-minded organizations that empower individuals who represent diverse backgrounds and experiences, we will make a positive impact in our world.
Our foundation partners with community organizations to support education in financial literacy, digital literacy, job training, workforce readiness, and mentoring, among many other critical areas.
We leverage our diverse associate backgrounds and professional relationships to provide access to stable employment opportunities; financial support, which is essential for new business opportunities; and assistance cultivating local business organizations within their communities.
Our foundation and our partners believe that equitable access to resources such as housing, food, employment, transportation, quality healthcare, and mental health services are foundational to a thriving community.
MAKING AN IMPACT IN OUR COMMUNITIES
Driven by our passion for helping others and putting people first, we’re committed to supporting people from all walks of life.
One impactful way we promote positive change is giving grants to deserving organizations whose focus aligns with our three pillars. The financial support we provide these organizations will further empower them to foster positive change for individuals in their communities. In 2024, The Rehmann Foundation donated grant funds to nine organizations in Michigan, Ohio, and Florida.
Throughout 2024, The Rehmann Foundation continued to emphasize the importance of volunteering, being involved in our communities, and developing supportive relationships that address the needs of everyone around us. It is in this spirit that Rehmann and The Rehmann Foundation encourage associates to volunteer with the organizations who receive grant funds. Through these efforts, we empower our associates to make a meaningful impact in their communities.

VOLUNTEERING
As a firm that relies on the community for so many things, it’s our responsibility to ensure we give back and uplift everyone. One way our associates give back is by actively volunteering in the communities in which we live and work. All Rehmann associates are encouraged to be involved in causes they find important. Whether it’s volunteering time with an organization that renovates low-income housing or spending a day working in a local church’s food pantry, our associates are empowered to make a difference.
RED WINGS PARTNERSHIP
In 2024, we were proud to continue our partnership with one of the NHL’s preeminent and long-standing teams, the Detroit Red Wings. Together, we held our annual art contest, Power Play, to give artists from around the country the opportunity to showcase their hockey-inspired artwork focused on dominating on the ice and capitalizing on team strengths.
The previous winner from '23-'24 was Ashley Miller of Ann Arbor, Michigan. She received $5,000 and her art piece was installed at the Rehmann Club at Little Caesars Arena.
