NET PROMOTER SCORE (NPS)

We’re grateful for the continued trust our clients place in us to provide solutions tailored to meet their needs. Their feedback, shared anonymously through our annual client surveys, gives us valuable insight into how they view our service and how we can adapt our services to better serve them. These surveys produce a Net Promoter Score (NPS), a metric used to gauge customer satisfaction and loyalty. It’s based on participants’ responses about their likelihood to recommend a company’s products or services to others. 

Thanks to our efforts to stay true to our values, our clients have said we’ve hit the mark, giving us a world-class NPS of 80, well above industry average.

Our clients have emphasized the importance of a personalized experience where they feel genuinely valued as individuals, not just numbers. Through our innovative Client Concierge Program, clients benefit from a one-on-one onboarding experience led by our dedicated Client Concierge Leader. This includes guidance on utilizing the Rehmann Experience site—a personalized hub for managing account data, paying bills, accessing their e-invoices, securely sharing files with advisors, storing essential articles, guides, and webinars, accessing secure applications, and receiving 24-hour support.
